This year, in line with our sustainability policy, we are reducing the distribution of conference goodies.
However, for those who are interested, we are offering the opportunity to purchase the official IEEE VR 2025 merchandise.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have chosen high-quality, eco-friendly products:
- The t-shirts are produced in France by Atelier Textile Français, ensuring premium quality and ethical production standards.
- Printing is done locally in Brittany by Atelier Monsieur Coton, located less than 100 km from Saint-Malo.
Important Information:
- Previous orders : Orders placed between February 16th and March 20th have been produced. However, some orders have not yet been shipped because we are missing the contact phone number, which is required by the delivery service. Customers concerned have been contacted. Please check your emails, including your spam folder, if you have not yet received your shipping notification.
- New orders : To reduce waste and avoid overproduction, we have chosen not to stock all textiles or sizes in our workshop. This allows us to limit unsold items and reduce our environmental impact. Orders are grouped together in order to offer you the best possible prices, without passing on our suppliers' shipping fees on each order. As a result, shipping times may vary depending on the volume of orders received, and can take up to a few weeks. If you need your order quickly, you can select a shipping method with the “Express Processing” option at checkout for priority handling.
