Frequently Asked Questions
Orders
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order. You can order a single textile product. Our prices vary according to the size of the order.
Can I order another product available in your suppliers' catalogs?
Of course, just contact us using the contact form provided, with the reference number of the desired product, as shown in the supplier's catalog. However, the delivery time may be longer, as the product will not be in stock at our premises.
What is the delivery time?
As a general rule, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. This time may be extended during holiday periods.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We always await your approval before we start manufacturing your order. Once our quotation has been signed, you cannot modify or cancel your order.
**Puis-je vous retourner un produit ? Délai de rétractation ? **
If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can return it and get your money back, or wait for a new one to be sent. However, there is no retraction period, as stipulated in article L. 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, as we print personalized products.

Are the products selected on the quotation always available?
In principle, yes. However, in exceptional cases, a product may be temporarily out of stock, but is being restocked by one of our suppliers.
What are the technical costs?
These cover the cost of having one of our graphic designers place your motif on the textile product. We need to make precise adjustments and tests for each visual. At Atelier Monsieur Coton, these costs are free !
What are your payment options?
We accept payment by bank transfer, PayPal, credit cards or check for members of an accredited management center.

Techniques
What about the technical side?
We chose digital printing because it allows us to really integrate the visual with the textile (fabric collaboration). There are no color limits, and it's possible to print gradients and photos. You can print on black or any other color. The only requirement for the fabric base is that it must be at least 50% cotton.
What are the specifics to bear in mind when it comes to base colors?
Digital printing enables the visual to be integrated directly into the textile. The result is unsurpassed, but there are a number of special considerations to take into account when choosing colors. In digital printing, a distinction is made between printing on light textiles and printing on dark textiles. Printing on dark textile bases requires the application of an undercoat of white ink, which triples production time, triples ink volume, and increases price and turnaround time.
Can printing rates vary?
The print price may vary only for dark textiles. As ink consumption is very high for this type of printing, we will let you know directly if there are any changes to the prices shown in the “RATES” section, when you send us your visual.
How do you send your visuals?
For reasons of efficiency, everything is sent by e-mail. The formats we use are Jpeg or Pdf with a minimum resolution of 300 Dpi. Don't worry, we'll be there to advise you every step of the way. Last but not least, before validating your order, we carry out digital simulations to give you an idea of the actual result.
How do I prepare my visuals?
We recommend that you send us files in jpeg format. However, you can also send us your files in pdf, ai, sv or psd format. Please send us files saved in CMYK mode (Cyan - Magenta - Yellow - Black). The RGB color mode is dedicated to screen display and not to printing. If you send RGB files, they will be automatically converted to CMYK, and you may notice color differences between the on-screen rendering and your printed textiles. Your files must be prepared WITHOUT ANY PRINTING REFERENCES (no cutting lines, no fold lines, no assembly marks, no color ranges, etc.).
What's Dpi?
Dpi (dots per inch) refers to resolution. If Dpi is too low, it's impossible to stretch or enlarge an image without it pixelating. It's essential to send us an image of at least 300 Dpi to guarantee optimal rendering.
What precautions should I take with prints?
When it comes to washing, you need to follow a few basic rules. To preserve the quality of the print, we advise you to wash your T-shirts inside out at a maximum of 30°. Dryers should be avoided at all costs, and don't iron the print.
What about textile bases?
Our core business is textile printing, but to make things easier for you, we've put together a catalog of bases with different materials, cuts and prices to suit different requirements and budgets. It's important for you to study the characteristics of each product carefully, so as to choose the base best suited to your project. Its choice, material and grammage will determine the precautions to be taken. You can choose your textile bases from our supplier's online catalog
